1. Doors : Always hold the door for the next person. Doesn’t matter age, gender, etc. just do it.


2. Walking : If walking with children or woman, always walk between them and traffic.


3. Date: When dating someone new, always offer to pick up the tab.


4. Respect: Never make someone feel less than with your actions, nor words.


5. Role model: I get it, I’m a kid at heart. I’m far from perfect. Be a person the younger generation looks to for guidance.


6. Chores: Men don’t get a free pass. Pitch in, do laundry, clean the kitchen, sweep the floors, grocery shop, etc.


7. Compliment: Compliment your partner, and never stop doing it. You appreciate them, show it with more than words.


8. Judgement: Treat everyone as equal. Be respectful. How you treat others is a direct reflection of who you are.


9. Kindness: Just be NICE! We all have bad days, don’t take it out on someone that has nothing to do with what you are dealing with.


10 . Helpful: That elderly neighbor next door, check on them to see if they are ok or need anything. That homeless person you see daily on the exit ramp, talk to them, get to know their story. If your able, offer help to those in need.
