7 Self Care Goal for this week






1. Get 10 hours of sleep one night !
2. Do something you love. If you didn't even know anymore think about some
    thing you used to love when you were little chalk , colouring books , play do,
    rubber band bracelets try it again it seriously brings back sm happiness and
    nostalgia .
3. Wakeup a few minutes eariler than normal at least twice
4. reflect on your days using the app reflectly!
5. Try meditation and stretching.
6. Get your heart rate up for 60 min at twice a week .
7. Update the outrated parts of yourself make a new spotify account for your
    new taste .
